Tetuan – Vintage Moroccan Travel Poster
Tetuan is a Spanish vintage Moroccan travel poster, from the 1920’s or 30’s. Travel to Morocco and other parts of North Africa became very fashionable for Europeans in that time. A series of posters were designed to promote travel.
Tetuan is a lovely town in the north of Morocco, so very accessible for the Spanish and the town has a distinct Spanish/Moroccan feel to it. For more information on Tetouan, read the information on Wikipedia or look at what Lonely Planet has to say about it. We certainly recommend you make a visit to Tetouan if you are visiting Morocco. And if you do, be sure to visit the artisan school there.
